Latest releases
- Jim Broadbent stars in Six Minutes to Midnight, now available to watch on Sky Cinema.
- Testament, written by Tristan Bernays, will be available to stream from 27 March until 24 April through Vimeo on Demand.
- David Oyelowo features in Chaos Walking, available on video on demand from 5 April.
- Alec Newman stars in Love in the Lockdown, a play filmed on Zoom and released in episodes on YouTube until 23 May.
- Watch the new trailer of Every Breath You Take, starring Sam Claflin, released in the US on 2 April.
- Hugh Coles performed on BBC Comic Relief with the cast of Back to the Future: The Musical on 19 March. The show is scheduled to open on the West End on 20 August.
- Made in Italy, the directorial debut of James D’Arcy which stars Yolanda Kettle, is now available on Amazon Prime Video.
- Amir El-Masry stars in The One, now available on Netflix.
- The Nevers, starring Tom Riley, comes out on HBO on 11 April. Watch the trailer.
- Lucy Eaton has launched a new podcast, Hear Me Out, with guests including fellow alum Claire Skinner and Patricia Hodge.
- MA Directing alum Nathan Crossan-Smith has released Before the Flame Goes Out, a poetic and accessible short film that integrates BSL, creative captions and audio description.
- Vespertilio, directed by Lucy Jane Atkinson, with sound design by Annie May Fletcher and cast members Benedict Salter and Rhiannon Neads, will be available to watch on demand with King’s Head Theatre from 15 April.
- Annie May Fletcher has provided Music Composition and Sound Design for a new short film, Mushy Peas to Green Tea Kulfi, and will be involved in Found Fettle: Young Creatives Workshop from 12-16 April.
- The Royal Court Theatre's Living Newspaper project continues with Edition 5, available until 25 April, featuring Nadia Albina, Laura Hanna, Kayla Meikle and Stuart Thompson.
Things to look forward to
- A new TV adaptation of The Time Traveller’s Wife starring Rose Leslie has been announced.
- Paterson Joseph will feature in Songs to Live By, a new BBC Sounds podcast celebrating Black voices and the songs that shaped them.
- MyAnna Buring has joined the cast of the BBC’s The Responder, which began filming last month.
- Mischief Theatre’s The Play That Goes Wrong will return to the West End this summer, with performances from 18 June.

- EA have announced a new collaboration with Silver Rain Games, the studio co-founded by Abubakar Salim.
- Esh Alladi has been announced as a trustee at Bolton’s Octagon Theatre.
- Congratulations to Donald Sutherland who won Best Supporting Actor In A Limited Series at the Critics Choice Awards for his role in The Undoing.
- Billy Postlethwaite and Ekow Quartey were awarded special commendations at the Ian Charleson Awards.
